Drink it while remembering all the crapcro beer you drank when you were young and foolish - and know that the expired beer you are drinking is far better than what you used to drink...

Braising liquid for crock-pot pork roast. The flavors of the IPA go well with pork. I prefer something a little darker and maltier for braising beef.

I drink beer regardless of date.I have never drain poured anything..Not once.Just try and think of all those starving kids who have to drink subpar beer because they dont know what an IPA is.

Use it for cooking mussels, the flavors go extremely well together and you won't notice the hop fade.

Drink them but complain incessantly on BA about 'shelf turds' and how it's lost its 'dank' & 'juicy' characters. :stuck_out_tongue:

If it doesn't have a brewed on or enjoy by date that I can read clearly, I'm not buying anything more than a 12oz single to gamble with. If its old and not drinkable I'll drain pour and grab another different beer.

Maybe Stone will take back their expired Enjoy By's and relabel them as "Cooking beers" and sell them for cheap. Could be a new beer style "cooking brews".

tell myself "well, I've probably consumed some of THE nastiest, most rot-gut trash around,so this is still worlds apart from when I first began drinking"& drink the shit anyways.

They still have alcohol in them. Drink it. Makes you appreciate freshness

I definitely don't drink them. I would use them for chili or to boil sausages. I had someone send me a few shelf-turds in a trade and I ended up cooking with them so they were at least put to good use.

Most IPA's that have fallen off are just malt bombs IMO, and they all taste like the same malt bomb.

My wife makes the best. That carbonation cuts through the sourness of a margarita and improves it.

Which beers have "brewed on" dates - and how does that help a consumer concerned with freshness?

Sorry I meant "bottled on" date. Your right, I've never seen "brewed on" date. Just poor choice of words on my part.
