Nothing says "I want to trade with this guy again" like old IPA extras.

 

Part of me hears my college-age self telling me that who would waste a good beer but at this point in my beer drinking life I drink too much good beer to drink one the is beyond it's prime or just not a good beer. I'm not ashamed to dump a beer down the drain from time to time.

 

DON'T use it for beer bread. It was way too bitter!!!

 

They make a great marinade if you can't drink them. Steaks in for 24 hrs works very well. Also bread. Will try the above mixed drinks though. Cheers.
