So I am in the process of building my keezer this weekend and was wondering if anyone has used a corny keg as a primary and how they feel about it. With my keezer, I would now have a place for lagering, but putting a bucket in my keezer would probably take away 2 kegs, whereas if I could primary in a keg, that would only take up one space. I'm pretty sure I would have to hook up a blow off tube to one of the ports, any other suggestions?

Yes, it is possible to ferment in kegs. But what temp will your keezer be kept at? Fermentation temps for lagers (50F-ish) are generally higher than the temps you would keep finished beers at (40F-ish). (And don't confuse lager fermentation with lagering.)

That's a good point, I hadn't really thought of the temperature difference between serving and fermentation. Yeah, I meant Lager fermentation, didn't know there was a difference until I just looked it up.
