Anyone who has paid for a pour of Utopias, how much did you pay and what size pour?

$20 for two ounces at The Avery in Providence, RI. I believe it was a 2011 vintage.

I paid the same at Draft Barn in Brooklyn NY. Not sure of the pour, but 2 oz seems around right. Did not know the vintage.

I didn't attend it last summer, but Seattle International Beerfest had 1 oz. pours of Utopias for 10 tickets (i.e. $10) and limited it to the first 100 people in line.

I passed on it, but Doherty's in Rhode Island has a 2 oz pour for 25 bucks. Crazy.

    I paid 20$ for a 2oz pour a number of years back.

Utopias is delicious. I would say it was worth it.

Usually see it for ~$20 for ~2oz in Boston area. But I go to EBF and drink it until the keg kicks.

i legitimately probably got 12 oz over the course of the night... whenever i thought i needed a drink break i'd pop into the SA line for the wait thinking i'd try something else, but i just couldn't pass it up

about 20-25 for a 1-1/2 oz pour at Churchkey sometime ago.

Someone else paid for it ironically... long insane story...

sure its worth it to try it I feel.

I saw if for (If I remember correctly) $15 for an ounce and half at Meridian Pint in DC. I passed because I have had it before. I would say the price is worth it once if you have never tried it. By far the best beer that Boston Beer Co makes!

So $10 per ounce seems to be the consensus. Is it safe to assume the bottles are 750ml?

I think there was a good 30 mins where it was the only thing I was drinking a couple years ago. Stuff is so tasty.

Yes. Utopias is amazing. When I trade, I often add a dram as an extra. Everyone who has tried it so far loves. it.

    $25 for a 2oz pour in Chicagoland.

Personally I'd rather drop the coin on a bottle of my own that I can enjoy over the course of years.

    Cheers!
