Made dinner for the wife today. Spent over 5hrs+ in the kitchen. Here it is... Amuse bouche- gulf shrimp and mandarin orange ceviche
Hawaiian poke salad, seared dry packed scallops and jumbo gulf shrimp with truffle salt. Served with champagne mignonette.
2lb cowboy cut ribeye. Smothered in blue cheese. Sautéed spinach and mushroom and garlic cous cous. A mod can block out the pick of the beverage if need be
Looking good! In the future pop into the Sharing Your Pairing thread. We love stuff like this and more people might see it since it is fairly active.
Looks tasty! We made some poke for New Years Eve, hooray for Wegmans selling sashimi grade tuna! We toasted up some wonton chips for scooping it up.
Her was mine . . . Coolship Resurgam 2015 went well with chicken stuffed with prosciutto, basil & provolone
Well done sir. Chicken looks perfect! Couldn't have chosen better ingredients to stuff it with. Prosciutto added that perfect saltiness and provolone is one of my favorite cheeses to cook with. You don't have to worry about it melting out as much as others. Are those stuffed mushrooms or scallops with a dollop of creme fraiche or something?
