Vanberg + DeWulf LambicX aging

    I have a bottle of 2013 gueuze and was wondering if anyone has aged this before with good results or if I should just drink now? I thought it was great fresh. Thanks for the help!

    I've had LambicX somewhat fresh and it was really good. Given the style I'd be willing to bet that it'll be really nice now or in a few years if stored properly. I know it's a pricey bottle but I'd say drink it now then go buy another and age that one for a while for your own comparison.
