I believe they have done three releases of it so far in less than a year. I've seen it go for local (in demand) IPAs from both coasts as a $4$ trade. Personally, I have dropped it in as an extra to trade buddies or in bigger trades.

Best bet might be to subscribe to the 18th St. page on Facebook and wait for the next release. I found the vanilla to fade kind of quickly on that beer. You'll see quite a few offered up in trade when it drops. Get a fresh one to really appreciate that beer.

Is that the same experience with all of the Hunter variants that you have had or just the Vanilla?
I'll be at the Orange release Sunday & was thinking of trying to flip some of those in the near future for some of the other variants since I've only had Cherry so far

People do flip variant for variant quite often.

I thought the coconut fell off kind of quickly too. I only had cherry and orange on draft (they did do cherry-vanilla and orange vanilla in firkins which were great). I can't say if the adjuncts faded in the cherry or if they will in the orange.

Nope. Not for the Sunday release at least. It would be great if they release more barrel aged stuff in bottles sometime soon though.
