    [Efficiency Target] 64%

    [Grain Bill]
    1 lb Flaked Oats
    11 lb American - Pale 6-Row
    3.5 lb American - Chocolate
1 lb American - Black Barley

    [Hop Bill]
    1oz Nugget pellet 14AA @ 40min
    2oz Fuggles pellet 4.5AA @ 8min

    [Yeast]
British Ale Yeast WLP005 (forgot to make a starter)

    [Water]
    Straight tap water

    [Process]
156D for mash at 60min. 2 cinnamon sticks added last 20min of boil, and transferred to primary for one week. Racked, cinnamon pulled & 8 vanilla beans added to secondary for 6 days.

    [Other Notes]
Cinnamon was undetectable, and I forgot to make a yeast starter. Good vanilla, chocolate, and coffee flavors with some charred coffee notes as well. Not as "velvety" smooth as I would have liked, potentially more oats would achieve this.
