Vanishing Jai Alai

Yeah I just came across a bunch. Picked up 3 six packs to hold me over in case another drought happens.
South Florida Crowns are stocked right now.

 

Just picked up a sixer of Jai Alai canned on 9/11/2013 at my ABC in Daytona

 

Just curious, anything special on the bottom for 9/11?

5 cases at Total Wine North Miami at last visit earlier today, and three two four-packs of WOJA.

 

I bought some yesterday canned 9/5/13. I'm seeing it around more it seems...hopefully that is a trend. Jai Alai has always been an awesome beer, but when you get it super fresh like that, it's just awesome on a whole other level. Cheers guys!

It seems more plentiful with this last shipment, and the fact that some 9/11/13 is out means they are shipping and making it like crazy!

I was at the Whole Foods in Plantation today. They had a bunch of Jai Alai. They also had Marshall Zhukov, which I picked up a bomber of, and Good Gourd.

 

Holy RARE! They have BOMBERS of Zhukov?

Yeah, the standard size.

 

I picked up 2 bombers of Zhukov from a Whole Foods about a month ago. The guy who stocks/orders the beer had a case hidden in the back. Don't think it ever saw the sales floor. I heard it's around again but I haven't seen it since.

 

And the Publix and ABC around here (Coral Springs) all have JA again and it's all 9/5 brewed

 

Saw Jai Alai at every liquour store I went to today (a little saturday morning hunting turned up some cocoas locos, bois and BA Hoppin Frog Imp Pumpkin). Sooo I think we might be able to take this one off the endangered list for the Tampa Bay area...

 

I don't think it was ever endangered in the Tampa Bay area as every time one of these threads came up, all the Tampa Bay area people commented how it was at every store near them. It was in South FL where you couldn't find it anywhere for awhile. Right now it seems much easier to find.

 

Down in the Riverview/Brandon area where I live this beer was definitely endangered for about 3 months. I had to usually take a decent trip to a far away Sams Club (weird, I know) to be able to find it but it was common to have to make 2-3 stops before hopefully finding some.

 

OK, I wasn't aware of that. Well, hopefully we are starting to see the fruits of the expanded Jai Alai brewing they were talking about and it won't be a problem anymore!
