Never heard of it, and I'm a pumpkin beer freak. I'd imagine there are some pumpkin beer enthusiasts that would trade locals for it, but it doesn't look like it's regularly sought after.
Probably not any trade value, also for future reference, there's a trade help forum where you may get better results.
That beer used to be a borderline whale, but I think the rise of pumpkin beers (seems everyone brews one now) has probably killed that off. Plus, I think most of the mystique around it was related to rarity and not necessarily it being a particularly great beer.
