Recently spent a few days in Venice, a few recommendations -

Pubs: il Santo Bevitore, over 20 taps, around half are Italian breweries (doing contemporary styles like NEIPA, etc) but also some belgian, etc. They also make their own Gin and serve Cichetti (did not try either). I appreciated that they served most in 25, 33, and 50cl sizes. Also cans and bottles. Could have spent longer here.

I wanted to check out Bacaro Pub da Aldo but did not have time.

Bottles shops: Ve(ry) Nice Beer Shop, small shop with a nice selection and very helpful staff. Wish i would have went here on my first day. Earlier hours.

Beer Banti Venezia - did not have a chance to check out as they have later hours.

Despar market - strange mix, many that I was not familiar with and upon closer inspection were not Italian, but fun to try none the less.

I am sure there are others too.

Il Santo Bevitore is good. I enjoyed the Doge beers, Borderline brewery was OK too. Venice has a fair bit of beery history now submerged in an ocean of Spritz – I noticed a few old cafe fronts advertising Dreher beer.

Missed borderline but looks interesting for next time.
