I pass every day going to / from work and actually have a supplier in the same building. Poor me. Or is that pour me?
Was there on Thursday, place was nice. Drank 29 pews, thought it was really good. A hazy citrus bomb. Place is right near my wife's office so I should be there a lot.
I had the flight, substituted the saison for the porter. I came away with Pedestrian as my favorite, my buddy liked the 29 Pews.
Went in yesterday and tried all 8 beers. I really loved the IPAs. I agree, Problem Child isn't a session—from a technical or subjective point of view. I preferred 29 Pews just a bit more, but both are great. Their whole lineup is pretty solid and I think they are doing a good job at offering a range of taste profiles. The people who work there are also really friendly and helpful.
are they open to the public ? do they have tasting room hours posted anywhere ? taking my dad out for fathers day on sat and want to a few breweries and would like to make this one of them.
Trumbull resident who's just gotten around to checking out Veracious (in Monroe) Great tasting room. Nice people Tried most of the beers. Swings/misses on several, though they do get marks for taking a shot at some less popular styles (English Bitter and English Pale Ale). I do recommend 29 Pews (Citra, Centennial)
