Yeah I'm going to Waterbury tomorrow to go to prohibition pig and I already contacted a beer store to get their delivery time for sos. No heady for me this trip.

If you are in waterbury, arvads cafe is next to Prohibition Pig and has cans of Focal Banger, Heady, and Sip at the bar with a bunch of other stuff on tap. The pig was packed when we there for lunch yesterday.

That's cool. I only have a limited time and have to drive so I have to pick my brews that need consuming right away carefully. I contacted prohibition pig and they fill any dark glass growler so im getting some there

Just got back from VT. Sip of Sunshine arrives at Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury on Tuesdays. I got there around 4 pm last Tuesday and still some in coolers (limit two 4 packs). They also had Hopzilla bombers that day, limit 1.

CBC gets Heady on Weds, said usually available around 1 pm but doesn't last long. Was at Hill Farmstead that afternoon so missed Heady there. Arrived at Hunger Mtn Co Op at 7 am Thurs morning, they start Heady sales at 8 am, I was 30th in line. Got my case and was done by 8:15 am.

Are you the guy who (along with your wife) I chatted with while in line at HF on Wednesday? Saw you are from Georgia and went to HM on Thursdsy morning as you mentioned.

Yes, that would be me. Had a great trip, enjoyed chatting at HF. Got a nice haul back home between luggage and shipping. Wish I'd gotten a few more HF bottles.

Thanks for the 8 am tip on HM. Got there at 7 and was still 30th. If I had waited later like I was planning, I'd have been way back or could have missed out. Line was pretty long by 8:00.

@ScottDawg7 - nice meeting both of you at HF. Glad I was able to help with the HM Heady information. It is interactions like those that are part of the fun of it all. Hope you enjoy all of your beers. Cheers!

How about the OP was already helped and I was having a bit of fun. Remember when BA was fun. I was more pointing out the fact of how Vermont has become a premier beer destination.

Doesn't hurt that it is one of the most beautiful states in the country. Great beer, food, and scenery. Works out perfect for my family because I can swing a brewery trip with the wife and 1 year old and then enjoy everything else VT has to offer besides HT and HF runs. Doesn't hurt that we are going up this weekend for my birthday so I get a little extra leeway on the beer runs :grinning:

It was a beautiful long ride. Did about 300 miles got sos and ss2 along with some others that haven't made it to New Hampshire. Tried some HF on tap at prohibition pig and got some crowlers there. Missed focal by 20 mins at Arvads.

One day all of Vermont will be a beer destination, hopefully. I am closer to Jacks Abby than HT.
