I'll be spending one night in Vermont and one night in Boston for a quick work trip. I'm hoping to be able to pick up some Heady, Sip of Sunshine, and whatever I can find from Tree House. Any suggestions for success on finding? I should be able to stop by both Vermont breweries, but won't have as much time in Boston.

Neither VT brewery is open for retail distribution currently. Would help to know where you'll be staying in VT. If in Burlington, check out Beverage Warehouse.

This is your site for Heady: Heady Spotter

And for Lawsons: Lawsons Finest - Find Our Beer

Tree House is only available on site in Monson, MA currently, about 1.5 hours from Boston (close to 3 hours RT depending on time of day).

Much easier to find hops like Trillium and others in and around Boston, either in bottle shops or at the brewery.

If you have one day in Boston I wouldn't even consider bothering with Tree House. Just go to Trillium, Row 34, Fort Point Market(they are all next to each other) and if you can squeeze in Cambridge Brewing do that.

I'll piggyback on to this, how early have people been showing up at beverage warehouse in Winooski on Saturdays?

Or is you want to hit multiple breweries just to hang out, Night Shift is one of the better options and Mystic isn't too far away.

The three Waterbury stores had plenty of heady left yesterday, and SoS. Bad skiing=good heady finding.

Bring some of your local best, I'm sure it would be easy to set up some IP meet ups for a swap.

I agree, for a one day stop, hit Trillium/Night Shift/Mystic/CBC then Slumbrew if your still standing. Tree House is great, but you would get more in with the other options.

Thanks for all the advice. I'll be staying in Williston while in Vermont which I believe is pretty close to Burlington. I'll get in Monday late afternoon and be leaving Tuesday evening to head to Boston. I've also decided to extend the trip one day just to hang out in Boston, so I should be able to get to all the breweries recommended.
