Vermont for first time in three years!

    Wife and I are resuming our annual fall foliage trip to Vermont next month after a three year hiatus. We are flying into/staying in Burlington for a night, then heading to stay in Stowe for three nights (but willing to drive about an hourish away from here). I'm sure a lot has changed over the last three years - so wondering what some of the new spots are we should check out (food, drink or otherwise)? Excited to see the new Blackback space, but other than that I'm not that familiar with anything that may have changed. Thanks in advance for the tips!

    To get things started- Hen of the woods moved down the block from blackback. Freak folk also opened around the corner, a MUST visit.
    In the Burlington area Burlington beer opened a restaurant/taproom on Flynn ave. switchback and zero gravity expanded their taprooms making the Pine street beer crawl more interesting. Deep city (restaurant) opened next door to Foam. Black flannel in Essex has excellent food and beer. Heady and focal are in every grocery store. Alchemist has onsite pours and cans. Hillfarm Is easier to find on tap in Burlington and Waterbury/Stowe area. Retail cannabis is everywhere.

    Wife and I will be in Burlington next weekend to celebrate our anniversary (we got married up there in 2016). Hoping to hit Black Flannel for the first time, along with some usual standards: Dinner at HotW, Mule Bar (currently six HF taps), and Farmhouse T&G.

    Good to know about the expanded taprooms at Switchback/Zero Gravity, might need to add the Pine Street crawl to the agenda to see those and the new BBCo space.
