Now that 12.12.12 is long gone, is anyone still cellaring old Vertical Epic's? I still have several years/bottles in my cooler but really have no plans (or interest) to open them.

There are a few shops in the area that have 11.11.11 and 12.12.12 on the shelves.

I had a great time at Stone for the 12.12.12 festival but that seems like a distant memory.

After 09.09.09 I didn't really care for any of them, I have one of those still though

I loved 09/09/09. I don't know what it tastes like now, but if it's anything like it used to be, I would want some.

I purchased 2 sets 03-12 and after I opened and tasted the first set I decided to go ahead and open the second set because alot of the older beers were really fading...didnt see the purpose of continuing to age them..I am going to grab a few of the 12.12.12 to put away in the cellar..

I have from 06 on, but I really have no desire to try and get any of the older bottles.

I went to a local bar that had 03-12 available as a "sampler set." This was a few months ago; I can say that I was completely unimpressed with all of them.

I have an 09 and an 11. They will probably be drunken this summer, time to clear the cellar of some of the stuff that shouldn't age too long. I picked them up when I was a mere 21 thinking oh Ill get all of them eventually. I have no desire now, the idea of trading away good beer for a 11 year old wheat beer is just not my thing. I don't really have any desire to try these but I'm certainly going to drink them rather than pour them.

12.12.12 was actually reshipped to a few retail stores in NJ recently (within the last week) I thought it was mislabeled Enjoy By, but alas, its 12.12.12.

Heres some motivation, the longer you wait, the worse its getting. If you have any intention of drinking it, you should open it now.

I hated 12, but 11 with a year of age on it tasted great, surprisingly. Never tried anything before that.

anyone opened up an '08 recently? Found one on a La Mesa shelf the other day and wondering whether to drink it ASAP or take my time. Regardless, I'll drink it sometime during the year.

09 is still really damn good, but 10 is done for IMO. 11 not really great either. 12 could go a few years easy, we still have a case of it on shelf, as do many other stores. I noticed in the bottle the 12 was way more of a clove bomb than on tap, which is cool but I'd love to see it settle down some.

We have 03-12 and are opening them Memorial Day weekend. It will be interesting to try them. We were hoping to do it sooner but that's the first time a bunch of us can get together. Too bad finding an 02 is not an option though

That sounds awesome. I've had 10 through 12 and enjoyed them all. I was in a trade for 7-9, but it fell through because they wanted it to be a bigger trade due to shipping from CA.

Not sure I want to even open the set I shouldn't have let 12/12/12 pass me by. I wonder what the set is trading for these days...

I think I have an extra 12...my buddy who is sampling with me got one and I have one too...if anyone needs one. Plus I think they are on the shelves here still too.

We can't wait to try it. We actually never thought we would do it so on 12.12.12 we each drank our bottle of 11.11.11...and then found a few sitting on random shelves (03, 07, 08, 10, 12 (after 12.12.12)) and traded for the rest. Of course we had to trade for an 11 bc we drank it like idiots.

There are still some left in CA/San Diego. There's actually even a growler fill of the 12.12.12 tomorrow at the Stone store. I believe OneBeertoRTA was referring to vertically tasting them on December 12th, 2012

I think you meant to reply to the guy below me. We have plenty of 11's and 12's here in MD, even some 10s (maybe).

I'd be interested but I would only want to trade locals for 2-9. Also, I am new to trading and not sure what people would want from the East Coast. I mean $4$ that would be like an $80 trade, which is a bit steep for me on a first trade.
