Vertival Question

    If you are doing a 3 or 4 year vertical, what order do you follow. I'm thinking newest to oldest. Thanks!

    I would highly recommend going old to new. If you start with the fresher beers, the subtle flavors in the older beers might be overlooked. Whereas starting old, you can appreciate the mellow qualities and then notice the change in each year as certain flavors become more prominent in the fresh beer.
