One of my favorites. Super ripe tropical fruit. I prefer it over Galaxy (blasphemy) which to me brings more citrus. If heavy fruit forward is what your looking for Vic is where it’s at. Personally, I would just brew a single hop beer with it so you can get a real sense of it, if you have enough. But if ya gotta add Citra, maybe a 2:1 or 3:1 Vic ~ Citra. Either which way, ain’t gonna go wrong.
Vic Secret is amazing. I agree with above, can't go wrong in really any ratio with Vic. Stands on it's own just fine or combined with other hops. Go with 50/50 and see what you think... But if it were mine recipe, i'd probably use like 75% Vic, 25% Citra just because I like Vic so much more... ha
