I've always been intrigued by this beer but haven't seen many trade requests for it in BA. I myself haven't put forth much effort in procuring it. I see the Wants for it far outweigh the Gots. Can anyone let me know what they've traded for it or offered for it? I have some usual offerings from MI(ie Biere De Mars GR, La Roja GR, Black Note, KBS, Nemesis, Bambic) but am unsure of the ammo needed to land it. Thoughts? Thanks for your time.
Walez. It will take something a bit more unusual/limited than what you listed. I don't think anybody could tell you exactly what it would take though because there are so few bottles left and it trades so infrequently. Really just up to the person who has it.
Actually tried this a couple weeks ago, and it is drinking fantastic. Well worth going after, but it's like what three years old at this point? Probably will take more than the flavor of the week.
FWIW- it's in barrels at Allagash. Don't know that this ever means another bottle release, maybe it will be keg only or fest only or something, but I'd hope for bottles
