With the newly announced 6packs I thought it would be good to start a thread for anyone searching for this in the LA area. This is awesome and I can't think of a better offering for stouts in the format. Can't wait!
The importance of question marks at the end of sentences can't be understated. Not even sure if it'll make it up our way. It took Haberno and Grapefruit sculpin some time to make it out to L.A.
Go to your favorite beer store and ask for it. This doesn't seem to be a limited release (like the sculpin variations are), so I'm guessing that's all it's going to take. It's only at BP right now, so I figure it'll be another week before it's distributed. Also: by putting Dorado and Victory in 6-packs, Ballast Point has won so much of my money
If I can find that same price in norcal, I'll be all over it. Who am I kidding, I'd be all over this regardless.
Adding to this, it is also everywhere in SD right now. My usual spots now have a full fridge dedicated to just BP bottles/cans. I like where this is going.
Sculpin is $10.99 at Total Wine. If that's the price for V@S its game over for every other Imperial stout.
Grapefruit and Habanero have gone for $11.99 so I'm guessing more in line with that. Though that's still an amazing deal.
You obviously don't know shit about beer, Victory at Sea is a Porter, so how exactly is that going to affect stout sales? Hhhmmm??????
Damn, you're right! I'm going to go start a "What's the difference between a Stout and a Porter?" thread to clear up my confusion.
