I'll back off Hop Ranch maybe a bit, I had it only once so maybe I need a larger sample size. But Harvest in comparison to VBR I'll stick by. I had a full keg of LBR June a year ago and no doubt they have some similarities. Both really great beers though.

Got a 4 pack. Really like it!! If anyone is looking for it, a new Wine Warehouse just opened up today on route 45 in Mantua, NJ. They have plenty.

Same here. Best wet hop beer I've ever had. Beats Founder's by a wide margin.

I find it extremely hard to believe that anyone could view Victory's as a pale ale. It doesn't fit the bill at all. It's a huge IPA, despite the high-average ABV.

Kramer got it out to Camden Co I think 2 weeks ago, Ritchie and Page has screwed the pooch on this one and still hasn't hit Burlco I believe or other r&p counties... At this point shits going to be old when they do. Don't expect much different from r&p on bcbs and variants in the near future. Did hear spellbound is going to be using r&p for distro. Hope they can at least get a new local breweries ipa's out to us quicker then they can with victory stuff

While I don't agree at all on Hop Ranch, what are your thoughts on my comparison to HH?

Mike, I actually thought about this last night while I was enjoying a HH. I can see a little bit of similarity with the hop profile, but I got way more dryness and fruit with the Harvest while I got more malt and pine/dank with the HH. I plan on actually pouring both side by side and doing a blind for a definitive opinion.

Picked up a case over a week ago and enjoying the hell out of it. The malt bill is simple and allows the juicy hops to shine, yet significant enough to round out the beer perfectly.
Victory is a boss in the industry,.... can't wait for the barrel aged wee heavy later this month and Ranch next month.
