Well, as I said earlier, that price is nice for those that have access to the product at that price. I, however, did not.

I think they started at that price in Malvern, but they must have 20 cases of the stuff. Probably trying to move product.

I'm a big fan of Victory and I just picked up a bottle of Java Cask

It's getting really great reviews and one person even said it's "Every bit as good as BCBS...without the excessive sweetness. On par with other contemporaries: KBS, Big Bad Baptist, Sunday Morning Stout."

That's pretty high praise. Anyone else care to agree or disagree?

Distro. How rare is it? Saw a few bottles on the shelf at $15.99 per bottle. I can get you one but, you'd have to come pick it up, meet me somewhere close, or send me a self-addressed shipper.

The reviews make me want to try this. I hope to see it one of these days.

I wasn't judging. Just Highlighting the gouge.

I've heard stories of people trading Resolute bottles for it...

Has this made its way to NePA yet or am I too late/early?

Just saw an email from the local bottle shop ( in VA) for $19...

It's no BCBS or KBS, but it's just a step down and still really good.

To me, it's the best Victory beer they've ever produced.

I was told that the Victory in Kennett Square still had bottles of this last weekend. So those of you in Chester county might want to give them a call.

I was surprised this sold out so quick. I only had the wife grab 3 bottles (and a barrel that it was aged in) on release day figuring I'd grab a few more once it Wegmans. Turns out Wegmans D-town only got one case and it was gone quick. In the meantime I gifted one to a friend and traded one to another friend. Now I'm left with one and I don't know whether to drink it or let it rest?

I had a bottle and decided to drink it right away and let me say I was not disappointed. It was smooth and drinking really nice. I see no reason to wait. It was fantastic in my opinion.

agree. had it on draft on release day then was able to pick up a bottle of which is now empty. it's is excellent. and less hassle of picking up/looking for bcbcs, kbs, etc.

One of these years this beer might make it to the other side of the state. #pascrewedupdistro

Personally I thought it was up there with KBS and SMS.

I'd drink it over the normal variant of BCBS. I've never had any of their other ones though.
