So the weekend of Nov 2nd myself and a couple buddies are heading down to DFH on Fri and will be heading up to Victory on Sat and staying in Phlly sat night, the Downtown Comfort Inn on 100 N. Chris Columbus blvd.

Trying to find out what are a few good beer bars to hit up on Sat night when we get to Philly. Any must hit bottle shops?

    Thanks in advance.

Your hotel is a few blocks north of the heart of Old City where there's a bunch of strong beer bars like Eulogy, Khyber Pass, Bierstube, and Irish Pol.

As for beer stores, none of the best ones are really within walking distance of your hotel, but these are all easy drives from it -

    Bottle shops:

    Beer Heaven - http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/23978

Foodery (Northern Liberties, parking is significantly easier here than at the other Foodery) - http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/14218

    Foodery (Center City) - http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1420

Bella Vista Beer Distributors - http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/16131

The Khyber Pass and Bierstube are cool places. You also have Triumph, Eulogy, and Beneluxx, but they tend to get packed full of really douchey people. The Irish Pol isn't bad, not much for atmosphere but a good beer selection. The Philadelphia isn't too bad either.
