There was about a year or so (2011 maybe?) that you could get V-Lager in western NY pretty easily, but then it sat on shelves, and now it appears that they stopped distributing it here a couple years back. This and Baltic Thunder were the only two bottled offerings from Victory that you can't find around here.

Yep, I read recently that Sly Fox decided that canned Helles is going to be a PA only beer for now and I am assuming it is because they really want the pop top lids and are having issues with distributing to states that have these laws and don't want to have the expense of switching back and forth between can styles; and I say that because I also read some time ago that they were having issues with the current can design and some other states' laws. The pop top lids can be cool but I don't think a necessity and I'd rather see them go back to the regular design if it meant more widespread distribution. I really love this beer and hope that they do expand its distribution, as I think it has the opportunity to become very popular and I want it to continue on.

RE: Victory Lager I am fortunate in that I can find it very easily in my neck of the woods and I noticed that places that didn't carry it are now, and it seems to be selling well in those places now too. It's a good beer for sure but I give a slight nudge to Sly Fox Helles if I am comparing the two.

Pretty sure they're starting with Summer Love only. Headwaters is up after that. Prima Pils probably won't be till next year.

A 12-can carrier pack of 12-oz cans of Summer Love went on sale at the D'town brewpub yesterday. Headwaters will be next. The 12-can pack should be available in most retail locations starting this weekend. Congrats to Victory! I thought I would never see a Victory product, but I am glad I was wrong and Summer Love was the first brew to be released in this format.
