Just picked up a corked 750ml bottle of Victory Twelve last night. Looks like it might be a decent brew. Probably going to age it at least 2 years.

    Thoughts?

buy another. Drink that one today and age the other.

I though about doing that. I just might have to.

Got it at one of my local Wegmans supermarkets and they had a ton of it. Meanwhile, the beer store I work at for extra $ doesn't have it and probably won't get it.

This is the best domestic quad you can get, and priced right. I would agree in that drinking fresh and aging a few are a great idea - though I've never been able to resist the temptation to keep one more than a year.

I either can't resist the temptation myself when attempting to age beers or friends snag my cold aged beers before I can. I had a couple SN Bigfoot and Founders Devil Dancer bottles I was attempting to cold age and they were all snagged while I was making the rounds as host of my wife's birthday party this past October.

That sucked. I learned a valuable lesson that night. Keep 'em warm and hidden.

I have one sitting in the back of the fridge from 2011, I just happened to forget about, I am debating when to open it....

I opened a 2009 during the Super Bowl and it was phenomenal.
