    "Victory Vital IPA
takes aim at the brewery’s can lineup in the near future. The Downingtown, Pennsylvania based brewery added their first canned offerings this year.

Victory Vital IPA is billed as a fresh, crisp IPA, meant to be drank as soon and as fresh as possible.

Full of Fresh, Crisp and fruity notes driven by American hops and German malts, this IPA is bright, aromatic, and complex the characteristics vital to tasting Victory!

Victory Vital IPA will be a 12 ounce can offering. The brewery recently released Victory Summer Love in cans for summer, 2015.

The brewery has not yet announced this offering.

    Style: IPA
    Availability: 12oz Cans, Draft.
    Release: TBA

    6.5% ABV"

If people here aren't too crazy for the beer, brace yourselves for all of the "Why couldn't they can DirtWolf instead?" posts.

And there I was just recently saying that Victory needs to introduce a new IPA, since HopDevil, despite it being a very good beer, really doesn't do a good job at competing with many other current IPAs.

    Can't wait.

Hopefully Dirtwolf cans are on the way. I saw that they are starting to can Golden Monkey too. Would have rathered Prima, but more cans from Victory is a good thing!

I sort of had the opposite thought when I read this announcement.... they are entering this beer into a very crowded market of similar IPAs without much to differentiate it from anything else and gets understandable responses like this:
Further, I wonder if this will compete for sales/taps/shelf space with their established Hop Devil IPA, Headwaters Pale Ale, and Dirtwolf beers. Granted there are differences between those beers, but how many of these can they put out before they start competing with themselves? I guess that's still preferable to giving up space to outside competition... I'm sure they are studying the markets and trends closer than I am.
