    I bought 50lb's of their pilsner malt and I'm here to report it makes a damn fine beer! I'll continue to order and use it!

    I've used several different viking malts and bought a sack of the pale ale malt. Tastes good to me and my efficiency has been on par with base malts from other maltsters.
