Friends visiting this week & said they'd bring me some stuff back that I can't get in Michigan. Any suggestions on local bottles &/or locations to get them would be greatly appreciated.

Got reported for trolling the last time I replied to someone asked a question that could be answered with a simple search, so I'll just second the suggestion to use the visiting boston guide for a list of places to pick up bottles and local breweries to visit.
It might help to provide pointers to the new local brews that have just been released this week-
Jack's Abby: Framingham Lager, Hopstitution Galyptra
Mystic Brewery: (new taproom café opening today) Eldergold
Night Shift Brewing/NoDa collab: Stop, Collaborate, & Glisten
Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project: FRINGE AMERICAN PALE ALE
Do Can brewery: Pineapple express pale, American ipa, imperial destroyer triple ipa

To add to that the local bottles aspect.. use http://seekabrew.com/distro/compare.html and pick MA and MI.

Things that would be high on the list as far as locals ... Jack's Abby, Trillium, Night Shift, Pretty Things, Mystic to name a few.

I've tried seekabrew and it is not accurate.

Thanks to those who responded. In the Great Lakes forum, people do this all the time. Don't think we have our own guide. Thanks @pehodges for the breweries and beers.
