Visiting Chicago Area Resource Thread (2021)

I just looked at some pics and it does actually look pretty nice. I dig that you can kayak right up to the brewery. Yeah, it's not the San Antonio Riverwalk but it's not the Gowanus Canal either.

I just recently joined the Mikkeller Running Club that meets at Beer Temple, so I'll check it out next month when I'm down there.

 

Nice! I was interested in joining that when I lived closer but their days/times didn’t really work for me. Enjoy!

 

I wanted to about 2 years ago, and never pulled the trigger. Now, I'm recovering from ACL surgery so I can't even run. But, I just go walk a bit..and honestly, I'll just be having beers somewhere around Naperville anyhow so why not go somewhere new? It's pretty fun, and should be better once I can actually run lol
