Seconding Noble Beast. It's my top choice in town. Masthead has very good wood fired pizzas and focuses on NEIPAs. B&B is very good but more money than I like to spend personally.

Masthead and Noble Beast are our go to options in the city. They are quite close to each other, a few blocks apart (10min walk or so). Hofbrauhaus is right near Masthead as well (about 8 min walk), if that tickles your fancy!

Moe's Tavern right near Hofbrauhaus is a cool spot, too... Amazing Pizza (better than Masterhead, IMO) and now have all their own beer they are doing, which I believe is contract brewed through Jolly Scholar from the east side of town last I heard. It's a fun spot worth looking into, at least. They have some arcade games scattered around inside that might appeal to your kid(s)?

Kind of curious what everybody thinks of BottleHouse. I went to the Cleveland Heights location today and tried their coffee milk stout and two of their sours. I liked the beers but thought that each of them was quirky. Had I been in a blind tasting I would have had a tough time guessing the styles.

I really enjoy much of their stuff, maybe because I’ve been going there since they’ve opened. Only maybe a handful of their beers have really blown me away, but I think they’re solid. I can understand the “quirky” aspect you mentioned, but it doesn’t deter me too much cause it’s my neighborhood joint :relaxed:

I think Bottlehouse has upped their game significantly from when they first opened, when I thought everything they did was too weak.
