I've heard it's not at all open to the public, but there is an office for off-premise sale. Does anybody know of a good on-premise place to get a variety of Girardin? Also, I'll be in Brussels from July 4th to 7th, staying near Cantillon if anyone would be interested in grabbing a drink somewhere.
I gather it's not easy -- wish we could get 'em at least on the Toer de Geuze. You can still get most of their stuff in some shops. The central Brussels tourist-y ones probably have their range. Beer Mania has the gueuzes, fruiteds and faro. If you'll have a car, there are better prices and the full offerings in different sizes at specialists out of down like Bierschuur and ABS. Great stuff.
What looks like the same dustry bottles for years, or so it seems, right? Yeah, I'd love to know what's up with that. I don't gather that they're serious with that -- there seems to be some kind of wink-wink around that price, but I'm not in on the joke, or whatever it is. They're other prices are in line with elsewhere. Not as good as ABS.
