One of these is where I'm leaning. I was planning to head to Greyline first and it would be just before Noon or I would hold off and have Harmony Hall since it would be the mid-point stop after Greyline and Mitten before finishing up the early afternoon with City Built and Creston. The menu and pictures of HH got my mouth watering so I may see how Greyline's food is and unless it's fantastic looking / smelling I'll hold out for Harmony Hall.

@Phoodcritic We get a lot of New Holland stuff in Va. While I'm sure the taproom would have a bunch of taps that doesn't see much, if any, distro I think I'm going to stick to places Ive not had beer from them before. I'm staying right downtown and it looks like Knickerbocker is only 1/2 mile from where I'm staying so can easily circle back to it during the week.

Mitten for a lunch pizza is the only acceptable answer to this question!

Wanted to thank everyone for the suggestions. I was able to make a good use of time in the 2 days I was in town last week. Greyline, Mitten, Harmony Hall, Creston, City Built, Elk, Atwater, HopCat and Rockwell Republic.

Grabbed lunch at Harmony Hall on Wed afternoon and really enjoyed the Hopwurst sandwich I had. '18 KBS was still on tap at HopCat Wed night so it was nice to not have to make an extra stop just to get that elsewhere since we decided to grab dinner at HC. Rockwell Republic was extremely busy on Thurs night when stopped in for dinner. Just 2 of us but had probably a 30 min wait for a table and the server was a bit slow once we got seated. She checked on us probably every 10 minutes during our meal. Had empty glasses on the side of the table waiting to order another as she walked right by a couple times. Other than that the food was solid and oddly enough probably my favorite beer of the entire trip was had here. Pigeon Hill - O.C.P. fit the description perfectly. It really did taste just like an oatmeal pie.

I don't recall every beer I had since I did get tasters / flights at most breweries but a few others that stuck out to me were Circle Change Blackberry Gose (Mitten), Don't Haze Me Bro NEIPA (HopCat), Luscious Lyon NEIPA (Harmony) and KBS is always one of the most consistently tasting BA beers year after year. This year's tasted a bit more boozy to me than I recall but that could have been because I enjoyed it a lot fresher and 3-4 weeks before I normally get my hands on it when it is released the first week of April outside of MI.

    Thanks again!

Reviving this thread with quite possibly a dumb question to ask here....
Will be in GR, and I’d like to hit a bar with a good beer list, and also a good cocktail list.
Proximity to Van Andel / Amway Hotel a plus but not a necessity.
    Thx

Without a doubt it has to be the original HopCat location. It's on the same block and right around the corner from the arena.

So I ended up at Rockwell Republic.
GF is very happy with her cocktails.
And I am drinking CBS, so I am happy as well.
Bonus only a couple minute walk to Van Andel. Might hit Hopcat after show as well.
