Howdy, I will be in town Sunday 19th July late afternoon/evening & all day Monday 20th hitting all the beer places. Let me know if anyone wants to meet up for a beer or sort out a trade perhaps. I would be interested in trading for any special release beers from local breweries that I can’t pick up during my stay. If anyone has any of those Propeller Lambics I would definitely be interested. Any obscure province brews would be great also. I have good access to the UKs finest beers : Beavertown, Kernel, Siren etc. Cheers, Paul
Unfortunately I'm on the west coast right now. Best bottle shop is Bishop's Cellar, but RockHead often has a couple of offerings if you can drive out that way. Garrison may have a seasonal or two available at their taproom. Boxing Rock is one of the top new micros. Only Garrison and Propeller have national distribution, everything else is Nova Scotia only as far as I know. Good luck with Propeller Lambics, they were limited to around 200 bottles per run (2 styles released so far), and flew out the door very quickly. I know a few local folks couldn't get their hands on any, but you never know what is being stashed in someone's cellar!
