Visiting New York City ... recommendations?

    I'm from Texas and am visiting Manhattan for one day on a business trip. What's the best brewpub to go to (where I'm actually likely to find a table) and what beers would you recommend that are not distributed nationwide (ie, beers I'm unlikely to have tried in Texas)? Top choices are Belgian quads/tripels (think Ommegang 3Phil/Abbey Ale), saisons, and IPAs.
