Hello i will be visiting a buddy in lower Manhattan from Chicago for 4 days (mon-thurs) Sept 8th to Sept 11th just looking for some recommendations on good craft beer bars/bottle shops to visit while in the city. Also if there are any cool brewery events/tappings that anybody knows of that week also that will be great. Will mainly be spending all my time in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Last year i was in Brooklyn for a week and hit Torst, Double Windsor and Brooklyn Brewery and a few other spots which was pretty cool. Is Troegs available all through NY? Would love to find Nugget Nectar on draft somewhere. Thanks! -Jesse

Troegs most recent hoppy release is the Hop Knife Harvest Ale, and it's pretty darned tasty. Widely available in bottles.
Unfortunately no tasting room as of yet. But Other Half Brewery has a tasting room and isn't that far from Sixpoint.
