    I would recommend that you contact them, to be on the safe side. I fly with wine and beer all the time on SWA, but we use a dedicated wine/beer suitcase. Even then, there's sometimes a problem with TSA opening the suitcase and disturbing the contents.

    Anyway, I'm assuming there likely wouldn't be any problem (other than the fact you'll almost certainly go over the 50 lb. limit and have to pay extra to have them transport it for you), but I would check with SWA first, before just showing up with two large, heavy, 12 bottle shippers.

    A full 12 bottle shipper weighs about 43 lbs.
