I hereby nominate @ManforallSaisons and @Tut to take this on. You guys have given great advice to me and countless others.

Thanks, but all anyone really needs is Tim Webb and Joe Stange's Good Beer Guide to Belgium(the bible) and the Rough Guide to Belgium(better than Lonely Planet) and a willingness to do a little advance prep.

Very true, I have read the book cover to cover several times. Also nice to get different perspectives on places though.

I've been around here long enough that I rarely see a "visiting" question that hasn't been answered in a previous "visiting" thread. But my all time favorite is the "Will Cantillon have [fill in the beer] when I visit in April, 2018" thread.

Yeah, all the information is already on these forums. The only problem with Beer Advocate... Is that they do not let us make a "Sticky" post so that all the information can be consolidated at the top of the Benelux page.

I was going to say similar. In fact GBG goes beyond just the beery stuff. 80 Beers covers Brussels fabulously, too. Of course this board can crowdsource updates faster than a book, and seek feedback on the particulars. I can usually argue myself out of unpaid work...
