    Had Escoffier on tap, had it out of the can, had it on tap, out of the can, on tap... Awesome brew. Weeeelllll worth the price.

    I've done the same, and the one I had on draft last night was the best yet. As Vivant said when it came out, this one needed a little time to come together. I think it's getting there.

    Grabbed a 4pk of Escoffier over the weekend all I can say is WOW!!! Best Brett beer I have ever had! Cant wait to age a few in the cellar and see how it tastes later, especially since its in a can

    P.S. I was unaware that it was a collabo with NB :slight_smile:

    There were mounds of this stuff at Schaumburg Binnys this past weekend. I'll have to pick some up soon. I haven't had anything from Vivant.

    good to hear there are mounds of this. with bolt cutter, black friday and BCBS variants possibly this week, it'll have to wait for me.

    finally cracked the Escoffier after an amazing weekend of brews and events........ if your not hunting this beer down your doing it wrong.

    Picked up some Escoffier in Plainfield Binnys, better be good for $15 a 4 pack.

    If it was in a cork and caged 750 you wouldn't hear any bitching. Per ounce, this beer is less than half the price of most Allagash and twice as good IMO.
