Voodoo Barrel Room Release 9/28

I'm hopping that we get to leave with more than 5 beers.

 

Does anyone happen to know what was on tap for the last release?

 

There were more, but the ones I recall:
Cow bell
breakfast of champions
2 live grand cru greatest hits 1 (saturday)
2 live grand cru greatest hits 2 (saturday)
grand negro pappy (saturday)
redneck riviera
knucklehead ipa

and a believe every one of their house beers along with james brown too on saturday
friday there was a cask of 4 seasons with lemon grass added. the next day the cask was 2 live grand cru vol 2

Even if the limit it set to 1 bottle of each, per person. I am willing to bet that they would allow folks to return to the back of the line and purchase more depending on what is left. Some bottles from last release hung around the brewpub the following day as well if I recall correctly.

 

Not exactly the same, but if BASC is any indicator, last year you could have made it through the line 3 times and gotten the max allotment each time.

This past weekend if you were not there by 6AM you were likely getting only one bottle or shut out completely.

I'd hope to be able to get a few extra voodoo bottles since I am making a hell of a trek to get there, but I'm not holding my breath unless they set a limit of two each the first go around.

That said, I can't wait to hit up this release for the first time. I've met a bunch of BAs in the SE, South Atlantic, and Midwest. Looking forward to meeting some PA BAs.

Will be a long ass drive from TN though, easier than from Azerbaijan though.

 

Side Question:

Is anyone going to East End's Gratitude / Flatitude Release this coming weekend that is coming to the Voodoo Release? I was hoping to go, but can't make it. If anyone is going let me know. I'd love to get a bottle of 2008A, 2011, 2012 and 2013 if possible. After Baby 2 was born today, I won't be making it down to Pittsburgh this weekend for the release, but wouldn't mind paying someone for a bottle or two of each and even buying them a bottle or two of each for their trouble? PM me if possible!

I'm attending both releases and would be more than happy to bring up bottles for those who want them. Not really looking to do trades or profit from this just pay for your bottles when I bring them.

If anyone has an extra Gratitude they'd wanna part with for cash (or a HF growler or something), I recently decided to go to this release. Gonna add some bottles to that spreadsheet for sharing. People planning on getting there that night still? It's gonna be a long drive from HF on Friday...

 

I'm heading up to HF on the 25th, and back to voodoo on Friday night. I can bring a few bottles of gratitude with me to either place if it helps you out.

No. Harrisburg. I make trips to State College pretty often though.
