hey guys, wondering if anyone went to vt Hopjam and what you thought about it. (Amazing) beer, music and food, sounds too good to be true! And what are the pours like? Saw the "vib" ticket comes with 10 beer tokens

went last year, it was awesome... PINT pours for $5. Alchemist cans were $10 until they were sold out. also went VIP, since it was implied that you could only get certain beers in VIP.

Most of the great beer came and went fast, so you had to stay on top of the taps if you wanted to try certain beers. Food was good, beer was great - all in all, I spent way too much but had a great time.

Full pours were so aggressive for an all day drinking fest. Had a great time...needed a nap

Beer list was stellar, VIP had a few more special beers, but general admission was great. Music was fun & diverse. Food was great & interestng.

It's a terrible time! Don't come! And tell all your friends how terrible it is, too!

Hill Farmstead, Lawsons, Alchemist, Fiddlehead, Trillium, Tree House (and others) under one roof, and no one cared. Other events sell out in hours if not minutes, while I'm not sure this event ever sold out (before game day). The $125 VIP cost was a little steep but justifiable. Food was good, bands were great (esp Spirit Family Reunion), and the breweries speak for themselves. (And being a MA resident, was nice to see the MA guys really bring it.) And then when it's over? Oh crap, I have to go out in Waterbury or Burlington (if you're still standing).

    Highly recommend.

Has it been announced for 2015? I believe the site is still showing 2014 info

Brewery list was updated recently, looking better and better all the time. Had an absolute blast last year and can't wait for August. Best Western's site says they are sold out but if you call and tell them you're coming for hop jam they still have plenty of rooms available at the discounted block rate.

Scratch that on the Best Western, appears they may be all booked now.

Rough Francis added to the band lineuo, awesome! And the Brewery list keeps getting better and better, as expected.

Music looks awful (IMO of course): going to get in, get my ticks and head out early afternoon.

Appears there will be no outgoing shuttle service until the very end of the event.

Speaking of the shuttle service, has anyone received confirmation of shuttle reservations? I reached out to the organizer for confirmation and have not heard a response.

Any VT locals looking for MA hops and interested in trading?

    FT:
Trillium (DDH Fort Point, Sleeper, more...)
Tree House (Julius 8/1, and more TBD)
    Night Shift (Whirlpool, Santilli)

    ISO:
    Mastermind cans (7/25, 8/8)
    HF bottles

That's the fresh stuff. I can also dig through my cellar for aged selections if anyone is willing to part with GoM, BGE, or Damon (BA or otherwise). Would gladly go above and beyond for any of those...
