    Hah! It seems like you're not alone-as many have pointed out in this thread, it's a pretty polarizing beer, which I'm pretty surprised by. I think this is a wonderful balance of flavors that work in perfect synergy with one another. I'm not usually a big fan of adjuncts in beer. I view beer like a good steak. It's possible to use spices in a way that accentuate the flavour of the steak, but usually they just mask and overpower it. This is one of the rare examples of adjuncts that accentuate the beer really well. Between this and the 17th anni IPA, Stone is really killing it this year for me, but to each his own.

    thats how they all taste...its flavors are way too busy and thats a far cry from "complex"

    that was a fun beer. i know of a store that still has it and I might have to pick up more.
