    Opened one at Christmas. Made it around 18 months from bottle date. It wasn't as hot as I remember it being fresh. If I had any left I would wait another 6-12 months, you know, for science..

    Yeah I'm thinking I'll open one sometime in the next 6 months, and wait another year or so for the last. I have the same number of 2.0 so I have to decide if I'm going to hang onto that one longer or drink them side by side both times. Tough decisions.

    Opened one in November with friends. Like someone else said, its still hot...but not quite as much. One of my friend's reviews was "Candied booze".

    I drank one last week. It was stored at refrigerator temperatures since i bought it close to the original release. Still had a nice creamy head. the barrel aging was never that pronounced and while perceptible, never shines through. To me, it tasted like a chocolate cake with a hint of bourbon. The pecans add a rich, silkiness to the mouthfeel.

    Had one last week, and it was phenomenal. I think it's better now than when it first came out. I'm definitely going to sit on a couple for at least another year.

    I had one a few months ago and I agree that it was really, really good. I've got one more that I'm in no rush to open.
