I'm currently looking to open a bottle shop that does draft for on site consumption, and growlers to go, as well as bottles/cans for there or to go. As far as I can tell I'll need a Restaurant license, with the off premises endorsement. Is there any other license/endorsement I might need? And are there variances from county to county I need to take into account? This will be in Skagit County.I appreciate any insight or tips anyone can offer, and if this is the wrong place to post something like this, apologies in advance!
The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board is seriously your friend, they have been an invaluable resource. Most all of it is done on the state level, I haven't encountered any county or local issues.
