So the fate of this is October 17. This is the same day as the Shelton bro's festival in st pete. I know a bunch of OG members including myself that have purchased tickets for this festival. I have written an email asking for this donor party to be changed and I encourage you all to as well.
Yup, entitled to a reasonable date, because we invested and started his brewery. It's not open to the public. It's called the OG party. Call it entitled, idgaf. I get to go to both now.
I liked what Funky Buddha did for their Imperial Members party this year. They emailed all of us in January and asked us to pick between two different Sundays in April. It provided plenty of notice and we felt included in the decision.
Actually, in looking at my emails the request from FB to Imperial Members for the April party was sent back in November. Just to clarify.
This year was even better. They had the day in April picked out before you even paid the membership fees in early July.
I'm not an Imperial Member (Out of stater =/) but I totally want to crash that party, seeing as it is on my birthday next year.
