Some people hunt Hopslam, I hunt this. Typically sells out faster too.

At 11.99 a sixer, it's a bargain. Just picked some up in Ann Arbor yesterday.

I forgot to keep track last year but what do you think the fridge life is before it tapers off?

Tastes amazing this year btw the upfront blast and lingering bitterness is something to behold.

Was hoping to get a 6er but my local shop had a 2 bottle limit. But then when it comes down to it, 2 bottles is all I need for how much beer needs to be drunk in my fridge. Charged $2.50 per bottle so can't argue with that. Will be cracking 1 open this weekend, cheers!

I didn't realize this beer was so hard to come by. The place I've gotten it the past 2 years has had plenty on the shelf at $9.99 /6 pack.

Per untappd, looks like a waldo’s event on 4/20 at Chicago location with “rarities.” Haven’t been in a while - might check it out!

Drinking my first ever right now. Wow. In this day and age of juicy this and cloudy that, this is an old school bitter bomb.

    Nice.

Binny’s Marcey has lots and lots of Waldo’s ($12?) and Peruvian morning and hop butchers. Sorry wallet.

Drinking my first bottle from this year's batch. Agree w/ your assessment. This is a big beer that carries its alcohol amazingly well. Not as sweet as 2017 batch - thankfully.

I picked up mine at a Chicago (Logan) Binny’s, had plenty at $11.99. Just cracked - dank piney hops aplenty, I agree that it does not seem as sweet as last year (I didn’t mind anyway). I perceive some hop “soapiness”, but I’m sensitive to that flavor, particularly when it’s fresh. Hopefully that goes away in a week or so, but I’ll try it again tomorrow regardless (when I’ve got a clearer head). Alcohol is well hidden for those of you sensitive to that kind of thing.

Supppppper dank and bitter! Sweetness is constrained for a beer that large and finishes dry enough that it remains drinkable. Very nice.
