    Yea that was a great game, awesome comeback in the 9th. Oh yeah, I stopped in and got a six pack of Undercover shut-down ale and a sixer of anchor steam summer for the pre game festivities.

    Great time had by all.
    Only low light was the rain out on Friday and a brief thunder storm during the makeup game on Sunday evening. Plus by the time we got to the game we didn't have time to seek out any real good beers and settled for a Sam Adams Pale Ale which isn't bad just nothing special. Didn't do much drinking at the ballpark anyway.
    Friday Night was The Big Hunt in lieu of the ballgame. Saturday the Capitol City Brewing Company near the hotel. Early ballgame & a lot of sightseeing didn't leave much time for beer.
    Sunday we stopped at Churchkey prior to the first game then rushed to the ballpark missing the first inning. We had about 2 1/2 hours to kill between games and spent it at the Gordon Biersch near the ballpark. Had a great time.
    Now it's Monday morning about to catch my flight but ran (literally) up to P Street Whole Foods. Met the incredibly nice & congenial beer buyer - Randy - who helped me pick out Hopping Frog D.O.R.I.S, Allagash Curieux, Maine Mean Old Tom & King Titus and Mother Earth Window Pane Raspberry and Tripel Overhead.

    I think you just missed me... were you with a mate at P St just now, if so you probably got introduced ?

    When Randy's working I stay out of his way so he can help the customers. Had to be you (312 shirt? on the sleeve).

    anyway hopefuly you picked up some Rabid Duck, and yup Randy is awesome.

    Not me. I was alone. I'm at Capitol City now getting ready to catch the Metro to airport in a few minutes.
    Bummer we missed. I have a habbit of doing that. Ask John.
