Heading to Washington this summer, coming from Chicago on a 2 week road trip. Stopping in multiple locations along the way camping most nights, a couple hotels, multiple night stays in some areas (Jackson, Bozeman, Boise, among other stops). What breweries/beers should I be on the lookout for in Wyoming, Idaho, Montana come July? I've done a bit of research but would like to hear from the locals. Beers, breweries, bottle shops, restaurants, or grocery stores with good selections are all welcome. Our travel plans are taking us north of Colorado/Utah FYI. I'm sure this has been posted in the past but you know how it goes. What you got?

While in Jackson, also be sure to grab a trunk-load of this http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/179/632/
... Only grabbed a 6er (cans) of it on my way out of town last summer and was soooooo pissed when I tasted it because I should have filled every last empty part of my rig with it.

Pretty much any beers you see from Melvin and Snake River will rock.

Taking notes...Snake River (check), Melvin (check) thanks for the insight. Anything I'm missing in the area? I love buying and drinking beer, especially if its not readily available to me.

Buying and drinking beer, you say? I need to try that.

Yeah, its crazy, I love to do both. Here in Chicago there are tons of hoarders who make it difficult for us drinkers to get our hands on many beers we actually intend to drink and not trade/resell/collect dust in their basement.
