Wasn't aware Kona is brewed by Budweiser

    I went to the Busch brewery tour and found out Kona is owned and brewed by Budweiser. There is a class action law suit as many sites still list their beer brewed in Hawaii

    Technically, (and I might be mixing up the conglomerates) I think Kona is part of Craft Brewers Alliance (along with Widmer, and Red Hook?), which is partially owned by Inbev.

    If you drank it on the Islands, it was probably brewed on the Islands. If you drank it on the mainland, it was probably brewed here.

    While there was a now-settled class action suit, Craft Brews Alliance (the owner of Kona as noted by beertunes) is not responsible for misinformation on "sites" they do not own and their labels go beyond the Government TTB requirements by listing all the cities were it is brewed, not just the "principal" brewery:
