Was hoping to locate a water report for the Primo RO water refill stations if anyone has it. Not a big deal, but I would like to be exact if possible when building my water.

Assuming the filter is working correctly, RO water will be virtually devoid of any minerals. In the context of homebrewing, it's the same as distilled. A water report that shows otherwise indicates a need to service the machine. Thus, a water report is meaningless for RO water except for diagnostic purposes.

an RO filter has a rated efficiency. the output is entirely dependent on the input. if you start with extremely hard water and you are using a very low efficiency filter (both are unlikely) then you may have some residual content in your processed water.

and even then, it would still be considered nearly mineral free for our purposes. like Mike said, if you have RO water and the machine is working properly you can assume you are starting with pure H20 and build your profile from there. if the water were for lab use, final rinse of sampling equipment or something similar, then it can be an issue. but for neer RO is pure water.
    Cheers.
