I'll be headed to Waterbury, VT for a day later this month to pick up Heady to bring to DLD.

Is it out of line for me to ask the BA folks who would be interested in a case as long as they pay me for it and maybe a few bucks to help with gas money? Obviously, I'm not looking to make $$ on this, just trying to subsidize some gas money and bring Heady for those in the area who are interested. BTW, I live in Boston, Brighton to be specific.

April 13 is a Saturday. They are still selling out on the weekends. I'd hate to see your trip be in vain. You'd have more luck going up on Thursday or Friday.

They have had is most Saturdays for a while now. I was just there 2 weeks ago on a Saturday no problem. They did happen to Sell out this last week but I'm sure Easter played a big part in that. If you go just get there at 10:30 and wait outside inline. Check the facebook and the twitter since they will normally update it Friday if low or Saturday if low.

2 cents....I wouldn't request gas $ if you plan on buying beers for yourself. If people wanna toss you a few bucks for doing the mission that's on them, but requesting gas $ if already making the trip yourself is not appropriate.

I don't think it's out of line at all. Unless you're driving a truck you should be able to make the trip from Boston on a full tank (or about $50 worth). They sell cans for $3 plus tax and deposit so I don't think it's a big deal to ask for a little more. If people aren't willing to pay a few extra cents for someone else to spend a day going up to buy it for them they don't deserve it
